Q: When will my order ship?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3 business days of receiving payment.
Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Shipping times vary as we ship worldwide from different fulfillment centers depending on location. The average shipping time is about 3-15 business days depending on location. Your tracking number will be updated 3-7 days after your order ships.
Q: How do I cancel an order?
A: We can only cancel orders within the first 12 hours of placing the order. After that, the order has likely already been processed and is being prepared for shipping or has already shipped. Once this happens, it is out of our control. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but we value fast service and that includes shipping your orders as quickly as possible.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: If there is something wrong with your order (defective product, wrong order, damaged order, etc.), please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and we will be happy to help you review the case. If the case is approved, we will send you a replacement. Please do not return anything until we review the case. Our customer service team will review the claim and send further instructions. shopwould.com reserves the right to deny any return request.
You are responsible for the shipping costs to return the item. The original shipping costs will not be refunded.
Cosmetics, lingerie and underwear/body shapers are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
